1. Payments and Deposits
- Payment is required in full at the time of booking to secure your project in our calendar.
- Once a payment has been made, all sales are final. By booking, the client agrees to our NO REFUND policy.
- Payments are accepted via Stripe, and a receipt will be provided upon confirmation.
2. Onboarding
- After payment is made, clients will receive their onboarding package within 24 hours, which includes the welcome guide, timeline, and questionnaire.
- Clients must submit all required materials (e.g., brand assets, inspiration boards) within 3 business days to avoid delays.
- It is the client's responsibility to ensure that all submitted materials are correct and will be used for their project. Any changes to submitted materials after this period may result in additional fees or timeline adjustments.
3. Turnaround Times
- Project timelines vary based on scope but typically range from 2-3 weeks.
- Business days are considered Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
- The turnaround timeframe begins on the following business day after the payment and all required materials have been received.
4. Updates and Communication
- Clients will receive consistent communication throughout the project to ensure transparency and progress updates.
